Buhay Habangbuhay (Life Afterlife) (2016)

When a happily married housewife, Sandy (Iza Calzado), accidentally dies, she decides to wait for her husband, Joel (Jake Macapagal), to die so they can move on together in the afterlife. In the meantime, Sandy adjusts to her new ghostly life on Earth. She playfully haunts her husband, befriends an older Anito Spirit (Ricci Chan), and discovers her ghostly abilities. Sandy also learns to live with Joel’s new family: second wife Cecile (Meryll Soriano), and their son, little Christopher (Nhikzy Calma). When Joel finally dies, he disappears and cannot be found. It finally dawns on Sandy that he has moved on without her. Sandy learns to let go and move on to discover a new life in the after life. Buhay Habangbuhay (Life Afterlife) is a film adaptation of the graphic novel with the same title.
